Solo-built production platform: a modular NestJS 10 API across 12 domains — auth, chat, billing, therapist portal, clinical profiles, reports. Real-time AI chat over SSE with Redis pub/sub, so the token stream survives multi-replica deploys and self-heals from a Postgres source of truth. Full Stripe billing with a usage-metering engine, Anthropic + OpenAI integration with backoff retries and strict-JSON output, 10+ TypeORM entities, 73 e2e tests, shipped on Railway + Neon with GitHub Actions CI.
